By using GalleryBazzar Photography’s services, you agree to the following:
- Booking & Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with full payment due before or on the day of the session.
- Copyright: All images are the property of GalleryBazzar Photography. Clients receive a personal-use license but may not alter or reproduce images without permission.
- Delivery: Photos will be delivered within the agreed-upon time. Additional edits may incur extra charges.
- Cancellation: Cancellations with notice may receive a refund of the deposit. Short notice may result in a forfeited deposit.
- Use of Images: You grant us permission to use your images for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Liability: GalleryBazzar Photography is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or delays during the session
